User is a definition used for personnel who can log in to Motivacraft using their own e-mail and password. Each user is distinguished from other users with their e-mail address. When you remove a user from the system (for example, if the employee leaves the job), you will not be charged for that user in the following payment period.
There are currently 4 types of user roles you can choose from when creating users on the Motivacraft Platform. When creating your users, you can choose the most suitable user type according to the authority and features you want them to have, and create different setups.
Game Master: Users with administrator authority. They have the right to switch to the management panel and game console. Since they are administrators and have the right to set goals and game rules, they do not appear as players in the leaderboards on the Motivacraft Platform.
User: Standard players who have access to the platform are defined as ‘User’. The majority of people in your organization will be of this user type. It can be used not only for real persons, but also for the creation of legal players such as dealers and stores.
Contest User/Group User: Unlike standard users, it is a special user type created for easier identification of teams/teams. All tasks, competitions and similar setups defined for standard users can be used within this user type. They do not appear by default in the user leaderboard located at the bottom right of the user console. They can be shown within custom leaderboards.
Integration User: It is a special system user to be used in cases where integration is provided between your own CRP/ERP systems and Motivacraft Platform via APIs. It is used purely for information transfer purposes. It should not be used for daily use.
XP (Experience Points): You can earn predefined experience points after the events you participate in, the competitions you enter, and the tasks you complete. Experience points allow users to level up while also allowing the story to progress. Moti (Award Points): You can earn pre-defined reward points after the events you participate in, the competitions you enter, and the tasks you complete. You can use the reward points to purchase gifts in the reward market. Ticket (Right to Spin a Wheel of Fortune): You can earn the right to spin a Wheel of Fortune after the tasks you have accomplished. You can use these rights whenever you want and if you are lucky, you can win 100 Moti as a reward.
In the upper right area of the screen, the reward points you have earned and can spend are listed. You can see all the rewards you can access in the drop-down menu by clicking here. If you want to get detailed information about the award, you can click on it and send a request. The requests you have sent will be forwarded to your manager and she/he will inform you about this award as soon as possible.
You may want to change the password for reasons such as being more memorable and more secure. For this, you must first click on the “My Profile” option in the upper right corner of the game screen. In the window that opens, you must click on the “Edit” option from the options on the left. Here is a section where you can reset your password. To change your password, you must first enter your current password. You must then enter it twice to confirm the new password you want to use. That’s it! You have successfully changed your password.
There are many different avatars you can use to create your player ID in Motivacraft. By creating these avatars, you and your teammates can shape your player identity as you wish. To create a new avatar, you must first click on the “My Profile” tab in the upper right corner of the screen. Then, when you click the “Edit” option on the left side of the screen, you will see the “Password reset” section. When you click on the avatar here, you will see all the avatars you can choose. Come on, choose one of these avatars and add a different look to your profile!
When you log in to the system, all notifications since the last login will be opened in the middle of the screen. If you want, you can press the green sign at the bottom of the pop-up window to read them all one by one and move on to the next notification. If you want to turn them all off at once, you can turn off all notifications by pressing the cross at the top right of the pop-up window. If you log out this way, notifications won’t show as read. You can read it again later.
To access unread notifications later, you can access the “Notifications” screen by clicking the notification icon in the upper right area of the console. You can access system announcements, quest participation requests, my activities, duel achievements and all notifications here.
By clicking on the “My Profile” menu in the lower left menu of the screen, you can observe the badges you have earned or can earn by using the “My Badges” tab on the page that opens. Badges are grouped under categories for easy tracking. If you want to see all the badges together, you can click the “Show All” tab at the bottom. The colored badges represent the badges you have earned. The numbers written in the red area at the top left of the badges show how many of those badges they have won so far. Badges you haven’t earned yet are shown in gray/dim.
To pass each level on the Motivacraft gamification platform, you need to reach a predetermined experience point (XP). You can earn XP points by completing assigned tasks, ranking in competitions, and participating in other activities (reading articles, watching videos, giving a certain number of correct answers in tests, etc.).
The more active you are in the system and the faster you complete the tasks assigned to you, the faster you can advance to the next level in front of your friends.
