There are currently 4 types of user roles you can choose from when creating users on the Motivacraft Platform. When creating your users, you can choose the most suitable user type according to the authority and features you want them to have, and create different setups.
Game Master: Users with administrator authority. They have the right to switch to the management panel and game console. Since they are administrators and have the right to set goals and game rules, they do not appear as players in the leaderboards on the Motivacraft Platform.
User: Standard players who have access to the platform are defined as ‘User’. The majority of people in your organization will be of this user type. It can be used not only for real persons, but also for the creation of legal players such as dealers and stores.
Contest User/Group User: Unlike standard users, it is a special user type created for easier identification of teams/teams. All tasks, competitions and similar setups defined for standard users can be used within this user type. They do not appear by default in the user leaderboard located at the bottom right of the user console. They can be shown within custom leaderboards.
Integration User: It is a special system user to be used in cases where integration is provided between your own CRP/ERP systems and Motivacraft Platform via APIs. It is used purely for information transfer purposes. It should not be used for daily use.
